WordZone is responsible for the copywriting, design and production of the conference ads, together with broadcast emails to the Business Club members and relevant promotions on the website. It also takes care of drawing up the agenda, briefing the speakers and compiling their PowerPoint presentations. Other preparatory work includes publishing a bespoke programme and delegate directory and setting up the event location.
WordZone founder David Sumner Smith is chairman of the conferences, which invariably achieve delegate satisfaction scores in excess of 95%, according to the feedback forms analysed by WordZone.
